Our packages are just the beginning for you to build an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. Enter our newly renovated interior spaces to create the perfect climate controlled environment for your guests. Our open vendor policy offers you ultimate flexibility in choosing from one of our outstanding food vendors or preparing your own cuisine for smaller groups. Our preferred food vendors are mandatory when your group exceeds 60 guests. All beverages and beverage service must be provided and staffed by Ludlow Mansion Events. Available Packages
THREE-DAY PACKAGE
Secure your event rain or shine for the entire three-day wedding weekend! Make all of the Mansion’s buildings and grounds your private space. The flexibility with our Three-Day Package allows for you to decide what format works best for you. We will work with you to ensure that your event flows smoothly no matter the weather.
We include your choice of any of our decor listed in our decor section of our catalog. This package includes the entire Mansion grounds, the Pergola and the Front Porch for the outdoor portion of your event. The Carriage Hall, Parlor, and Saddle Room Bar offer you and your guests inviting spaces to celebrate with the newlyweds.
In addition, rest peacefully with a two-night stay in the Mansion after your celebration. You will enjoy interior photo spaces inside of the Mansion as well as our Bridle Suite and Chaps Suite (located inside of our event venue) to prepare for your day.
As an additional bonus, you may leisurely decorate and host your rehearsal dinner the day before your wedding and the day after your wedding you can host your bridal party, family and friends in one of our smaller Parlor Rooms for gift opening at no additional fee! This is by far the best value with the most versatility and flexibility to make your event, your way.
