Our packages are just the beginning for you to build an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. Enter our newly renovated interior spaces to create the perfect climate controlled environment for your guests. Our open vendor policy offers you ultimate flexibility in choosing from one of our outstanding food vendors or preparing your own cuisine for smaller groups. Our preferred vendors are mandatory when your group exceeds 60 guests. All beverages and beverage service must be provided and staffed by Ludlow Mansion Events. Whatever you choose, our professional staff will be here every step of the way.
BRICKS & PILLARS
Our Bricks and Pillars Package provides the outdoor event experiences you have dreamed about. The best of outdoor weddings awaits you in the shadow of the Mansion. Hold your ceremony on our expansive front porch or at the horizon in our grand pergola. Hold a cocktail reception on these park-like grounds and dance under the lights and stars. We will supply tables and seating for up to 220ppl (220 white padded resin chairs). Enjoy up to 12 hours on the day of your event to decorate and host, (extra hours and seating available at an additional fee). Choose to use the Pergola and grounds in any combination i.e. Ceremony, Reception, Photos, Cocktail Hour etc.
In addition to the Ludlow Mansion’s beautiful grounds, the Bricks and Pillars package offers your bridal party the Mansion’s first floor to spread out and prepare for the big day. The Mansion’s interior provides numerous locations to take photos and relax while your wedding party prepares. This package includes full access to the Saddle Room bar and large restrooms for the comfort and convenience of your guests. Click here to view dimensions of rooms.
THE CARRIAGE HALL & PARLOR
Our beautiful light-filled Carriage Hall and Parlor await you for your ceremony or reception. Our large Parlor offers seating for over 300 of your guests. Enjoy up to 12 hours the day of to host your event, (extra hours and seating available at an additional fee). This great space is perfect for that large reception and even has room to dance! In addition to the Parlor, you also have full use of the Carriage Hall, which provides a great space to host your ceremony and celebrate in an old world setting. It features barn door access, new hardwood dance floor and vaulted ceilings with chandeliers. The adjoining Saddle Room Bar will be open throughout your event for your guests to relax in. THE TRIPLE CROWN
Secure your event rain or shine for the entire wedding weekend! Make all the Mansion’s buildings and grounds your private space. The flexibility with our Triple Crown Package allows for you to decide what format works best for you. With maximum flexibility we will work with you to ensure that your event flows smoothly no matter the weather. We include your choice of any of our decor listed in our decor section of our catalog. This package includes the entire Mansion grounds, the Pergola, the Front Porch for the outdoor portion of your event as well as the Carriage Hall, Parlor, and Saddle Room Bar and a two night stay in the Mansion. You will enjoy all private rooms in the Mansion and/or the event center to prepare for the day. As an additional bonus, you may leisurely decorate and host your rehearsal dinner the day before your wedding and the day after your wedding you can host your bridal party, family and friends in one of our smaller Parlor Rooms for gift opening at no additional fee!
