Allow Ludlow Mansion Events to help you plan and execute your next event.  We offer up to 12,000 square feet of space to host your distributor, customer or employee event.  In addition, our smaller breakout rooms offer intimate settings for your most important meetings.  Our inviting Saddle Room bar is available and staffed upon request when hosting 50 people or more.  We will handle the details to set the stage and help you build and promote your business.

SALON ROOMS A, B, & C

THE PARLOR

The Parlor includes Salons A, B and C and offers our largest dining capacity space seating up to 300 guests.  The bright, light-filled space offers a wide open environment for your largest group meetings and dining experiences. Click here to view dimensions of rooms.

 

THE CARRIAGE HALL ROOM

Reserve our entire open floor plan Carriage Hall with dining capacity of up to 150 guests and sales/educational capacity of up to 220 guests. Click here to view dimensions of rooms.

THE EXECUTIVE SUITE PACKAGE

The Executive Suite Package provides you with maximum flexibility and space for your event. Utilize all of our spaces for the entire day.  This package includes all of our event center indoor spaces as well as our outside grounds and Pergola.  The Executive package provides the perfect environment to train, educate and entertain your employees and guests. THE MANE BAR

Join colleagues at Ludlow Mansion’s Saddle Room Bar to for an intimate gathering after a long productive day.   The Saddle Room Bar can host a cocktail reception for over 120 people or comfortably accommodate 30-55 people for a cozy dinner in front of the warm fireplace.  Our uniformed bar staff will be available to tend to your guests as they enjoy the atmosphere of our unique lounge space.  Choose to enjoy a meal, hearty appetizers or a cocktail reception.  The bar is your private space open only for you.
